Board members of EFMN set the strategic direction and provide overall governance for the organization. Members are the organizational fiduciaries who steer EFMN towards a sustainable future by adopting sound, ethical, and legal governance and financial management policies, as well as by making sure EFMN has adequate resources to advance its mission.
Commitment: 3-year term, four meetings per year, plus one board workshop. Board members are expected to actively serve on at least one committee. Members have the option of serving a second term.
Terms begin in January.
Volunteer opportunities range from one-time events to ongoing committee work. We also occasionally have opportunities to sponsor workgroups or clubs to complete volunteer projects.
