Join EFMN in Brainerd at the Gregory Park Pavilion for a potluck picnic on Sunday, June 8 from 4:30-6:30pm for a gathering of community members impacted by epilepsy. The Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota will provide the main course and bottled water. You're welcome to bring a store bought food item
Adults parenting while living with epilepsy are invited to come together to meet others, share the triumphs and challenges of living with seizures and connect with those who understand the epilepsy journey. Significant others and children of the adult with epilepsy are welcome to join the meeting with their person.
Meet other parents, grandparents, and caregivers who live day-to-day caring for a child with seizures and/or epilepsy. This is an opportunity to meet others, offer peer-to-peer support, share resources and experiences, and talk honestly about the triumphs and challenges of a child’s epilepsy journey. Adults impacted by epilepsy are welcome to attend this monthly peer-led in-person group to meet others who can relate to their experiences of managing epilepsy. The group will meet at an open table, guests are welcome to order their own food/beverage, and you can text any or the facilitators listed
Founded in 1983, Camp Oz is a traditional summer camp that provides a safe and fun camping experience for youth ages 9–17 with epilepsy. Camp Oz is intended for youth with epilepsy, and siblings, ages 9-17 who have a high level of independence. Traditionally, campers enjoy activities like swimming, caring
