Project ECHO Transition Summit

Transition is the work of a diverse group of individuals working together to help those with childhood-onset medical conditions achieve success in becoming adults. The Minnesota Medical Association is sponsoring this Transition Summit to bring together medical professionals, students/residents, parents, advocates and other healthcare and community members for collaborative discussions, networking and presentations about this important topic. In-person and virtual attendance options are available.
