What is the dress code?

The dress code for the evening is cocktail attire.

It didn’t ask for my dinner preference. Is dinner going to be served?

Yes! The event will be catered by Chowgirls and will consist of an incredible spread of passed and stationed heavy hors d’oeuvres. There will be something for everyone!

Will I be seated at a round table along with my guests?

EFMN will be doing things a bit differently this year! This year’s event is a non-traditional, reception-style gala, which will encourage mingling, participation in the silent auction and games, and learning more about EFMN’s programs and services. There will be lounge seating, high tops, and low tops throughout the space. High tops will be reserved for parties of 10 at the Champion and Torchbearer levels. 

How will donations made to the event be used?

All donations raised during the event will go directly back into EFMN’s programs and services.

How do I bid on auction items? 

Sign up for the event on the gala webpage (either by purchasing in-person tickets or virtually) and you will receive email prompts reminding you when the auction opens on Tuesday, May 10. You are able to bid on items online in advance or in person at the event. The auction will close at 8:00 PM on the day of the event, Friday, May 13.

How do I donate to the fund-a-need?

You are able to donate to the fund-a-need virtually via the event site or on the day of the event during the program. The live fund a need will start at8:30 PM on Friday, May 13.

Will there be a cash machine at the event?

There is not a cash machine on-site. All auction items and fund-a-need donations can be bid on via credit card either from your iPhone or on iPads available at the event. Raffle tickets and wine wall purchases can only be made through cash or a debit card, so be sure to come prepared! 

Is there parking near the venue?

Valet parking will be available for an $8 fee to all attendees directly outside of ARIA. Some of the best parking options include the ImPark Hennepin Avenue ramp adjacent to ARIA. Another nearby option is the Interstate ramp located on 2nd Avenue, and additional meter street parking is available surrounding the building.

What are the Covid-19 safety protocols?

All in-person attendees must be fully vaccinated or test negative for COVID-19 within 48 hours of the event. Our policies are subject to change based on local governmental mandates and recommendations of the CDC and local health departments.
