Become part of the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota's "Get Connected Network"...
Join the GET Connected NETWORK for a personal and regional connection. Complete the GET Connected Personal Information Form by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. You can then email or mail the form to EFM. (If you prefer to have a form mailed to you, please contact Stephanie at skolari@efmn.org) After completing the form, we will find someone for you to connect with who has already agreed to participate in the GET Connected Network. Typically, initial communication begins through email. All communication should be kept confidential.
What the GET Connected Network is:
• A means to connect with individuals or small groups of people statewide
• An outlet to connect with someone who understands
• A tool to use to decrease feelings of social isolation
• A way to find solutions to problems
• A means to share your own experiences and mentor someone through early diagnosis
What the GET Connected Network is NOT:
• A dating service
• A transportation service
• A home health care network
• A job site
