"Rise Above Seizures" Epilepsy Awareness Efforts

On May 15, EFMN took over downtown Minneapolis, and 147 cities across MN & ND, for "Rise Above Seizures" Day.  Check out all of the creative submissions HERE!  Coach Kill announced his "Chasing Dreams" Fund and EFMN received the most media attention in its history to raise awareness in our community.

So what's next?

Miss Minnesota, Savannah Cole, is competing for the title of Miss America on September 14 and her platform is EPILEPSY.  She's actively involved with EFMN and we'll announce some exciting new events with her in the coming weeks!

The third-annual "Go-Pher" Epilepsy Awareness football game is slated for November 15 (Gophers vs. Ohio State).  Stay tuned for details

November is national epilepsy awareness month and we'll have "ten things you can do to raise epilepsy awareness" options for you to join our awareness efforts!

Educating our community about epilepsy will help squash the stigma around epilepsy and support the 60,000 people in ND & MN with seizures...join us!
